Today, Google Apps came out of beta with a premium edition. Free edition will also continue to exist. As it was stating, Google has come up with a premium edition where users will get 10 GB email accounts, extensible APIs, partner services, 99.9% uptime guarantee, and 24/7 assistance, including phone support. Charge is $50 per account per year. This time, it has also included Docs & Spreadsheets in all the three editions along with customized service URL (mail.yourcompany.com) and domain registration. It has also changed the control panel and it really looks nice.

If you want a free email service with all the features of Gmail, Google Talk, Calendar, Docs & Spreadsheets, and page creator for your domain, then go to the Google Apps page and signup for the Standard Edition, which is free.
